Cowboys expect Parsons to be around amid talks

Cowboys coach Brian Schottenheimer believes star pass rusher Micah Parsons, who is currently engaged in negotiations with Dallas for a contract extension, will be a participant when the team’s voluntary offseason program begins next week.
